Dr Meri Lundahl (Chief Sustainability Officer Teraloop Oy/Ltd) shared with us her experience in switching from academia to industry position. We went through different aspects for this switch and we also spoke about a Finnish program called PoDoco (www.podoco.fi) which support doctoral graduates and postdoctoral researchers in start working for a company.
