We miss Phil. We lost him a year ago, but his legacy is as strong as the beautiful sculpture he created. What is in the gallery is all there is. A few other pieces are now held in private collections. 50% of the proceeds of Phil's work is donated the David Westfall Vietnam Veterans Foundation. A worthy cause. Collect it!
