In this video we show you how to unlock all shops at the start of a game in GTA San Andreas, this does include all Car Upgrade Shops too.

Description:
1: Start a fresh new game, you have to watch the whole intro, you can't skip any of it.
2: Between you getting into the police car (after being pulled over) and before they kick you out of the car type ' ROCKETMAN ' and wait for the intro to finish.
3: Now at the end of the intro you should get WASTED instead of them kicking you out of the car and you should spawn at the hospital.
4: Have fun... All shops are now open :)

This is available on other devices not just PC, all you have to do is use your console equivalent cheat for the JetPack.
