just some simple ways to make your hubs sound louder, but i dont really recommend removing the dust seal,
you can pull the springs to open them up a lil bit and that will give more tension on the springs making the pawl tighter more engaged
problem is if springs are too tight you may lose back spin or back pedal
this is just an experiment
