1) Stick to the basics: You can do a LOT with dumbbells. Don't be discouraged by the limited equipment in the hotel's gym.
2)Slow down your tempo: Get a great workout by slowing down your tempo during your eccentric movement (i.e. slowly going down for RDLs instead of quickly)
3)Use the heaviest weight they have and do high reps: Increase the reps and go 1-2 reps close to fatigue each set.
Workout:
*RDLs 8x15
*Bulgarian Split Squats 5x10
*Sumo squats 5x15
*Step ups with wt 3x12-15 each side
*Frog pumps 4x15-20
