Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit similar to lemon but slightly sweeter in flavour. Here's a new way of using Yuzu seasoning besides grilled fish, chicken and salads.
RECIPE:
700ml container
INGREDIENTS:
• 350g fresh vegetables (turnip, carrot, cauliflower, radish, cucumber etc..)
• 150ml Yutaka Rice Vinegar ([ Ссылка ])
• 150ml water
• 30g caster sugar
• 6g seas salt
• 2 tbsp Yuzu Citrus Seasoning ([ Ссылка ] ; [ Ссылка ])

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Sterilise a pickling jar or container, dry well.
2. Dice the vegetables into a bite sizes, place the vegetables, herbs and spice in the jar/container.
3. Bring the rice vinegar, water, caster sugar and salt to a boil in a small saucepan..dissolving the sugar and salt. Add the Yutaka Yuzu Citrus Seasoning.
4. Pour the hot pickling seasonings into the jar, making sure all the vegetables are covered in the liquid. Let cool and store in a fridge for 24 hours before serving. Can be stored for up to 3 weeks.
