Don't waste money on bs bcaa drinks. Any whey or beef isolate is already partially digested and very readily absorbable. Find one like this that mixes up clear rather than like a milkshake and use 30g to 1 to 2 litres of water and drink nice and dilute so you can stay hydrated and get a steady influx of aminos (and of course, it as already full of bcaa's without the need to get suckered in to an additional overpriced, over-hyped training supplement)
