There is a medical condition called Hyperacusis. Hyperacusis is a hearing disorder that makes it hard to deal with even everyday sounds. But Hyperacusis is rare.

However, the ever-increasing noise pollution has certainly done some damage. Add to that the Work/school-from-home scenario where headphones became an inseparable part of everyday life. Then there are certain professions where the noise level is too high.
Poor ear has to bear all of that. Prolonged exposure to such conditions leads to sound or noise sensitivity.
In this video, I share some simple everyday tips to take care of the ears and reduce sensitivity.
