At the start of 2021, I challenged myself to run a minimum of 5 kilometres every single day this year.
Today is day 200 of running everyday and a lot has changed. My body has changed, my mind has changed, my 5K time has improved by 6 minutes, I ran my first marathon, and so much more.
In this first episode of Move More, we explore some of the benefits of running everyday, as well as challenges that I've encountered throughout.
