WHERE TO STAY - Even though Waikiki is a centrally located, I suggest staying either away from the main strip which will save you quite a bit and also avoid crowds.

WAYS TO GET AROUND - Even though Uber works great, we found that the best way to move around is definitely by car. We rented ours from Day 4 until the end of the trip.

WHERE TO EAT - Try local spots, food trucks, hall in the walls and local's favs.

NOT ALL BEACHES ARE THE SAME - Try to visit as many beaches in the island as possible!
