A Construction Worker is a highly useful operative in Watch Dogs Legion. You will need this guy early in the game. If you had recruited the Construction Worker then you can easily climb up buildings, tall structures, or scout an area. Watch Dogs Legion Construction Worker comes with a Cargo Drone. The drone that can carry explosives. They are slow but very useful. Especially when you are on a mission of disrupting Albion propaganda. Which requires you to hack massive display and paint walls.
