Whenever we told anyone that we had booked a table at Michael Wan’s Mandarin restaurant on Clifton Street, Blackpool, people were astonished that we were able to secure a table. It is such a popular place, it can be nigh-on impossible to make a booking. Our secret? We booked it months in advance!!
