This 40 minute Christian yoga flow explores the edge of Trust vs. Fear with lots of grace and encouragement weaved in. It will challenge your body and your heart as we work towards Bird of Paradise pose.
We spend a lot of time building heat, stretching our shoulders and chest, opening our hips, and playing with binds! The point of the practice is not the destination ("achieving" the peak pose), but embracing the journey and taking care to listen to your body as you go.
