Mysore bonda/ Mysore bonda with Coconut chutney
Ingredients:
For bonda:
Maida-1 cup
Rice Flour-1/4 cup
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Hing-1 pinch
Curd-1 cup
Water-1 - 2 tablespoon
Hot oil-1 tablespoon
Ginger-1 inch piece ( Finely chopped)
Green chillies-2 ( Finely chopped)-Adjust as per your taste
Curry leaves- Finely chopped( 5-6 leaves)Adjust as per your taste
Coriander leaves-Finely chopped
Oil- for deep frying
Coconut Chutney:
Grated coconut-1 cup
Ginger-1 inch piece ( Finely chopped)
Green chilli-1
Garlic-1
Roasted Chana Dal-1 tablespoon
Salt-to taste ( skipped the step in the video)
For tempering:
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon
Dried red chillies-2
Curry leaves-5
mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
