Bold Après - Whisky Cocktail by Paul John Indian Single Malt

Here we are going to show you how to make this really simple dessert drink. It's called Bold Après because in spite of the fact that it's sweet and it's a little creamy, it's got that smoky punch of the Paul John BOLD.

Glass: Martini

Ingredients:
45 ml Paul John Bold
25 ml Monin Caramel sauce
30 ml Cream
Pinch of Salt

Garnish: caramelized & salted popcorn

Method
• Glaze the glass with caramel sauce
• Fill shaker with ice
• Add the caramel, cream, Bold, pinch of salt and shake well
• Pour it in the glazed martini glass
• Garnish with popcorn
