Smoked Lemon Garlic Shrimp for the win 🍤 🍋 🌶 🔥
Have you ever had smoked shrimp? If not then my good friend Dan from learningtosmoke.com has a killer smoked shrimp recipe! This Smoked Lemon Garlic Shrimp recipe was inspired by his, but trying to make shrimp scampi low and slow. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and red chili flakes then placed in a skillet to smoke at 257F for 20 minutes. Halfway through, I added some dry white wine and some butter to the top.
