In 2013 Martina Berther (bass, vocals) & Béatrice Graf (drums, vocals)-started Ester Poly. At first the duo used to improvise. Over the years, they developed into a now recognizable but still variable Ester Poly sound with fixed song structures. A mixture of psychedelic rock, punk, new wave and free jazz peppered with feminist and political slogans.
