Recipe :
Make slits in Raw mango, Add little water n Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Allow to cool.
Squeeze nicely and discard peel .
Add green chilli , salt, jaggery . And boil .
Quantity of Salt and jaggery depends on the tanginess of raw mango and your choice .
Add water as required, add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Boil .
Prepare tempering . Heat coconut oil ( preferred else use Ghee ) .
Add mustard, few methi seeds. Splutter.
Add 1/2 tsp Jeera , use liberal hing and 1-2 red chilli .
Pour the tempering to Rasam.
Mavinakayi saaru aka Raw Mango Rasam is ready !!
