Hey guys. Well, this will definitely get the comments going. There were a series of problems that added up to what should have been a rather easy repair to being quite the struggle. You'll see. While this was not exactly fun, it should have been an easy repair on the second attempt. Not having the right equipment and needed supplies on the second try add up to a bunch of speed bumps along the road as well. Either way, fortunately the customer is ok with it... I'm the customer.
