This is a quick look at a 4W AM Broadcast Transmitter manufactured buy Low Power Broadcast Corporation in 1969. It is currently crystalled on 1080khz and works as intended.

These units were orginally designed to be used as an auxiliary transmitter for AM Broadcast stations when needing to run low power authorization at night, as well as Part 15.221 rules on High School/College campuses in the US. These would also be paired with an audio processor/filter for leveling/compression and NRSC filtering.
