Which is the Best Quality Breast Implant in India

Namaste friends! Good evening and we are live on our YouTube channel as well as Instagram. And the topic that we are taking on today is Which is the best quality implant in India? Today the video quality is a bit low because the laptop camera is not good, I apologize to you for that. In India and patients who come to me for a breast implant, they ask which is the best quality implant. I think it is very important. If you are doing a breast implant as a patient you should know which are the best quality implants available in India and what quality you should use. What decides breast implant quality? As soon as we finish we take your plastic questions related to plastic surgery. What decides the quality of an implant? Will that brand of implant gives you a lifetime warranty? Is that implant registered in India? The breast implant you are using needs to be USFDA or CE approved. There are a lot of brands available in India. Some Chinese and Korean brands which are not approved anywhere are still being used in India. Some implants are being used in India without approval and registration. What profiles and implant sizes are available? How readily available is Inventory? What is the replacement warranty?

If there is any kind of problem with the implant happened. Do they give a lifetime warranty or not? So lifetime warranty implants give you the best quality. If you are not getting the warranty card with the implant, it means that the wrong brand is being used. So you must demand that warranty card. Remember that for any implant you are doing then you must have a warranty card issue. I primarily used two major brands. We used Sabin's implants in 98 to 99% of patients. For the very small majority, we do it with Motiva only in those patients who want to get a Motiva implant. There are other brands available like Polytech, Neuro silicone and Nagore these are German and British brands. The basic problem with these implants is their inventory is not easily available. Which Means, Suppose I Need 4 Implants Because I Keep 4 to 5 Implants in Every Surgery. For example, If I want to do a 325CC implant in a patient. So I keep all the implants from 300 to 400. These companies' lesser inventories lead to availability issues. Because we do not get the project size which we want which is easily available in Sabin. Secondly, Sabin and Motiva have the best quality shell available in India. There is no better worldwide implant. I rate Sabin better than Motiva, a much higher infect. and the reason is the projection of Sabin is much bigger in comparison to Motiva. I prefer Sabin because it gives a much better shape to the breast. I aim to give a better shape. Feels, quality and warranty wise they are the same and I don't think there is any difference except projection. Worldwide Motiva is a bigger brand than Sabin. Sabin is much smaller but its quality is on top and we do 99% of surgeries with Sabin. So if you are using Sabin it has a lifetime warranty, registered, C mark, inventories with different projection profiles and feel wise is natural. That is how to decide which brand you must use.
