Ingredients
to make rice rava:
Raw Rice 2 cups
soak the rice for 30 minutes
drain and dried in a cloth completely
grind as rava texture or even coarsely like rice flour
Billa Kudumulu:
rice rava - 2 cups
moong dal - 1/4 cup
grated coconut - 1/2 cup
water - 4 cups
salt as required
oil - 2 tsp
for Senaga pappu chutney or Bengal gram chutney:
oil - 2 tsp
bengal gram - 1/4 cup
asafoetida - smal piece
dried red chillies - 6 nos.
tamarind - small size
grated coconut - 1/4 cup
hand full of coriender leaves
water as required
salt as required
for tempering:
oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
dried Red chilli - 1 no.
few curry leaves
