My additions to her base recipe (still needs some perfecting but this is a start):
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ teaspoon organic sugar
¾ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar (or 1/4 tsp lactic acid)
