After marking the deepest part,of sulcus£.e sulcus outline as well as spacer outline(4mm)short from the sulcus outline,we can proceed for the spacer adaptation.
Use of customized shapes of spacers of mandibular spacer wax,we can adapt it in the cast by softening it ,dipping it into warm water.
Excess wax is removed with the help of lacron carver for firm adaptation.
Manipulation of special tray material with monomer till dough stage and later adaptation it over the spacer ,on the cast gives us a mandibular custom tray fabricated.
Removing excess material with wax knife and uniform adaptation makes work easy
