A man claiming to be Paul Raymond Harrod disappeared in 1992, telling his wife he needed to get away for a while. Only, he never returned. Twenty-years later a Cold Case Detective investigates the case and determines he was using a Fake Identity. Ten years have passed, despite exhaustive efforts, he still has not been identified. So we are hoping this video will help spread the word and someone will see it and be able to help us identify him. In the meantime, work will continue on the investigation and updates will be provided on this channel.
