After causing extensive damage in Jamaica, Hurricane Beryl is moving toward Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula and could reach south Texas. At least nine people have been killed as the hurricane has moved across the Caribbean. NBC News' Sam Brock reports from Jamaica.
