Its clean extrusion allows for precise and clean dispensing, without stringing of the composite.
Even when upper molars are restored, the material does not slump. Because of its thixotropic properties, the extruded composite maintains its shape when it is left untouched. But when you manipulate it (e.g. with a dental probe), the material becomes more flowable, so you can shape it exactly as you want!
Its excellent mechanical properties distinguishes the highly filled G-ænial Universal Injectable from flowable composites. GC’s R&D developed a new technology called Full-coverage Silane Coating (FCS). As a result, the filler particles are strongly attached to the matrix, which is beneficial for the strength as well as the gloss retention and polishability. It is as strong as a conventional, paste-like composite, so it can be used for the complete restoration of all cavity classes… a capping layer is not required! With the unique handling properties, simplified techniques can be used, including the injection moulding technique, in combination with a clear mould, such as EXACLEAR.
On top of these handling advantages, this composite also offers great aesthetic possibilities with 16 beautiful shades, including opaque and enamel shades.
