We cooked an Iranian mixed food which contains rice, fried eggplants and fried potatoes. We call it Tahchin Baademjaan in Farsi language. Tahchin means a mix of pilaf (rice) and pieces of meat, chicken or eggplant or... among the pilaf; and Baademjaan means eggplant in Farsi.
