Rwandan striker Issa Bigirimana who signed Tanzania’s Yanga Africans from Rwanda’s APR FC proposes to his girlfriend Carine and asked her to be his wife.

Carine was in a white dotted dress, which attracted much controversy into the Rwandan conservatives who criticized Carine’s dress to not fit the Rwandan lady outfit who is about to become a wife.
