Resepi Tauhu Goreng Crispy by Khairulaming

Bahan2/Ingredients:
🌕4 biji tauhu (4 pieces hard tofu)
Air tepung/slurry:
🌕5 sudu tepung gandum (5 tbsp all purpose flour)
🌕1 sudu tepung ubi kayu (1 tbsp tapioca flour)
🌕Garam (Salt)
🌕1/2 sudu tepung penaik (1/2 tbsp baking powder)
🌕1/3 cawan air panas (1/3 cup hot water)
🌕1 kiub pati ayam (1 chicken stock cube)
🌕1 cawan air (1 cup water)

Bila tauhu dah sedikit garing, tuangkan air tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau sambil goreng supaya adunan ni melekat kat tauhu.

Once tofu turns brown, pour in slurry in stages. Keep stirring between stages to ensure the slurry sticks to the tofu.
