Ingredients:
Egg - 3 (Large)(room temperature)
Sugar - ⅓ cup (70g)
Melted butter - ⅓cup (80ml)
Milk - ¼ cup (60ml)
All purpose flour - 1 ¼ cup(160g)
Baking powder - 2 tsp (8g)
Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp (8 g)
Salt - ¼ tsp
Apple - 2 (340 g)
Sugar - 3tbsp
Pan size 20cm
Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 35 - 40 mins
After turning Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 5 - 7 mins (top heating)
