Green chilli and lemon pickle (hari mirch and nimbu ka achar ) is very tasty and good health as well and its very easy and simple to make. within a weak green chilli and lemon pickle will ready for enjoy. following ingredients we required for make green chilli and lemon pickle.
lemon, green chili, oil, turmeric powder, mustered seeds, methi, ajwan, mangrela, hing and salt.
first wash green chili, lemon then cut lemon in four pieces then little fry ajwan, methi and mustered seeds then hit oil properly after make cool and after all mix together in pot and place in clean jar and put in sunlight for 5-6 days. pickle will be ready for enjoy. thanks
