Understanding the appropriate method to use with each of the chemistries and comprehension of label language can be challenging. This webinar, presented by Donna Pahl-Clements from the Produce Safety Alliance, focuses on the proper use of sanitizers in postharvest activities, explains label language, and provides resources to help with sanitizer use decision making.
