Palestinian leaders are threatening to sue the British government over the Balfour Declaration. The declaration was a letter sent in 1917 by Arthur Balfour, then foreign secretary, to Walter Rothschild, a leader of the Jewish community in Britain. It expressed the government’s support for “the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” CCTV's Stephanie Freid reports from Jerusalem.
