Dough:
400g all purpose flour (3 + 1/3 cups)
35g sugar (2 tablespoon)
100 ml warm milk
100 ml warm water
100 ml vegetable oil
5g dry yeast
1 egg white

2 medium-size boiled potatoes
Parsley
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
For the lines:
50g all purpose flour
50 ml water
For the Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoon milk
