Making my first block plane...that kind of works! I have had a plane iron from a really cheap hand plane and I've always wanted to make my own plane from the iron. I decided I'd try to make a low angle rabbet plane based of Lie-Nielsen's rabbet block plane.

I ran into some bumps along the way, but overall like how it turned out. However, as I mention in the video I'd love some suggestions on how to better secure the iron in place. Let me know what you think in the comments!
