Tips:

Ingredients:
Red chillies - 30 to 35 (Byadagi)
Ginger - one inch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Ajwain - quarter spoon
Turmeric - 1 tea spoon
Coriander - 3 tea spoons
Salt - 2 tea spoons
Tamarind - Small lemon size
Water - 1.5 cups (1 cup = 200ml)
Curry leaves - 15 to 20 petals
