This is a quick and easy 3 minute breath practice that works great to take the edge off of restless energy.
We slow the breath rate down to 4 second inhales/ 4 second exhales, which helps slow the mind.
Inhale through the nose/ exhale out mouth
Inhale through the mouth/ exhale out of the nose
Repeat cycle for 3 minutes to help alleviate restless energy.
