Cracking the tailbone is a tricky one. It's all about the feel. When adjusting the tailbone, the main focus is on the butt cheeks. One butt cheek must stick to the floor. While the other cheek must be shifted and raised. You can go to the chiropractor or just try this quick alignment at home. Please give it a try. It works for me every time.
