In today's 5 Minute Cards video, I show you how to ground your focal images with stenciling. I often use a die cut circle, oval, square or rectangle to ground floral image designs as a way to pull them away from the background. You can achieve a similar effect by using some light stenciling under the area where you place your florals or other focal images. This makes for a very beautiful clean and simple card. I used ephemera pieces for my floral design but you can get the same effect from using floral stamps from your collection.
