I am a registered Occupational Therapist and a certified 500-hour Kripalu Yoga instructor with additional certifications in iRest Yoga Nidra, Accessible Yoga and Yoga for Healthy Aging. I've designed a class that is done 30 minutes seated in a chair and 30 minutes standing, using a chair for support and balance. The focus of the class is on improving strength ,balance, range of motion and stress reduction. This is a safe practice for individuals with injuries, joint replacements or those working with limitations.
