When you bake these cookies, the layer melts out spreads and gets caramelized and then it hardens up, turning into the most magical cookies that taste just like magic bars!

Ingredients
1/4 c. coconut oil
3 tbsp. granulated stevia
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
4 large egg yolks
1 c. sugar-free dark chocolate chips
1 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 c. roughly chopped walnuts & pecans

5g carb per cookie
