On a cold and wet Wednesday the 11th of September 2024 I spent a short while at Blackburn Railway Station on the East Lancashire Railway Line and observed the 1B17 passenger service running from York to Blackpool North and was operated by Northern Class 195 Diesel Multiple Unit Number 195122
