"Put it in writing." I continue to try to wring out some facts. "Is this a good deal?" Isn't that a fair question? Before you spend $250,000.00 on "business rights" I believe the broker/salesperson should be able to hold his/her own in a meaningful discussion. We never even got close. Want to own Laundromats? Scout nasty stores, call the landlord, sign a lease, Re-Tool. Done Deal!
