THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

19.11.2020. Complete engine failure and emergency return to the airport of departure. A Southwest Boeing 737-700 (B737), performing flight SWA373 / WN373 from Baltimore/ Washington international airport, MD (USA) to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky international airport, KY (USA), during climb out of Baltimore, at 19000 feet, declared an emergency and decided to go back to Baltimore. There was a complete engine number 2 failure. The aircraft landed safe on runway 28 at Baltimore.

COMMENTS: A Southwest Boeing 737-700, flight SWA373, after departure from Baltimore climbed to 19000 feet. It seems that they requested to level off, reported about engine failure and declared an emergency. Unfortunately, we can’t find this part of recording. Continue watching, later everything will be clear.
APPROACH: Did you want turn around inbound base?

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
