It's been a while since I've done one of these videos. Now unlike past vids where taste spirits and cocktails, I've decided to give a taste to one of the beers I recently picked up at Family Market, 29-15 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106.
For this video I tried the Hoshihikari Echigo Beer which is described as being a Super Premium Rice Lager produced in Niigata Prefecture.
I found it to very mild but flavorful which I like in my beer. I'm not fond of super bitter beers especially some of the harsh IPA'S that have come out in the last few years. It has a nice crispness and a clean finish on the palate. I highly recommend you having some. Arrigato to Family Market for carrying this beer.
