In this video I went over everyway to get potions without brewing or going to the nether! These potions include weakness, invisibility, strength, and water breathing! I also showed every way to get tipped arrows without crafting. It is not possible to get blaze rods, blaze powder, or nether wart without going to the nether, but I hope this video helps you.
