This presentation will focus only on why the first 3 years are crucial for learning. The destructive behavior of spanking and other negative behaviors, such as screaming, negative stares and putdowns will prevent 15 quality intelligent points from being realized— there is only a slight change of this squandered knowledge being recovered later in life, due to the design of a young brain. Courage and confidence and experimenting—evaluating of one’s beliefs happen at an early age. However, if a child is abused physically or emotional, learning and confidence is lost forever.
