This video is the second video of my series on perfectionism. While the first video was mostly focused on the bad parts of perfectionism, in this one, I try to show how perfectionism can also be beneficial to our performance and that it’s a question of balance, context and perspective.
You’ll discover some definitions of perfectionism and how they can help us reframe our view of perfectionism and the standards we set for ourselves, as well as 5 practical steps based on my experience and readings to help you tame your perfectionism and use it to your advantage.
