DEGI CHARGHA
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg whole give deep cuts
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
Vinegar 2 to 3 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Egg 1
Yellow color a pinch
Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
Chaat masala 1 tsp to sprinkle
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 to 3 hours, put in a pan on low flame, cover and cook on steam and then fry, sprinkle with chat masala, serve with onion sliced, salad leaves and nan.

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN PUDDING
Ingredients for Base
Melted butter 2 ounce
Brown sugar ½ cup
Pineapple 1 tin
Ingredients for Pudding
French loaf cubes 250 gm
Melted butter 50 gm
Eggs 3
Sugar 1 cup
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin
Milk ¼ cup
Cream ¼ cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Pineapple essence few drops
METHOD
Grease 9 inch round pan, spread melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar and arrange pineapple pieces on it. Beat evaporated milk, milk, sugar, condensed milk, cream, eggs, and essence together, soak French bread cubes in this mixture. Now pour this in prepared pan and bake at 180 D for 45 mins. Bake it on water bath.

CHICKEN CHUCK
Ingredients
Chicken breasts boneless 2
Salt ½ tsp heaped
Egg 1
Cheese 2 slices
Black pepper ½ tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Mushrooms chopped 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Flour as required
Oil for frying
METHOD
Remove bones from chicken breast, slit it open like a leaf, marinate with salt, vinegar, pepper, fill it with cheese slice and chopped mushrooms, coat with flour, dip in egg, then in crumbs, press and deep fry on slow flame for 20 mins, serve with fries and coleslaw salad.
